Cymphony 14 Day Free Trial Terms & Conditions
Cymphony offers a free trial to clients in order for them to experience the quality of the Cymphony service and the benefits that it can bring to them. It can also contribute to discovering which services and levels of usage will be most beneficial to the client. It is offered completely free of charge to the client for the full period of the free trial subject to these terms and conditions.
In order for this to provide maximum value and insight, the trial needs to be open to a range of services, to allow realistic usage and not require any payment commitment.
Other providers limit the scope of free trials to simple message taking services whereas Cymphony’s trial is intended to be used to fully experience the services offered. Others also restrict usage to 60 minutes (or lower) whereas the Cymphony free trial allows a more valuable 500 minutes (for a 14-day trial). While others require security with a credit card Cymphony see that as an unnecessary barrier to partnership and the trial is a genuine precursor to an ongoing relationship and therefore helps in the set-up process.
It is not intended to be used to provide temporary cover, which can be arranged separately, or for very high users as a bespoke service would be more appropriate.
After the free trial the client will move to an agreed service(s) and associated package and become a permanent client with services provided under Cymphony’s standard terms and conditions as displayed on the website at Cymphony’s terms and conditions.
TERMS
Term: | The term of a trial will be fixed and specified before it starts. Normally this will be 14 days and in the event of uncertainty or no term being clearly stated then it will be 14 days. |
Costs: | No costs will be charged to the client during the free trial period (subject to the Fair Usage Policy) regardless of types of service offered or levels of usage. |
Fair Usage Policy: | Usage in excess of 250 minutes per week (which equates to over 1,000 minutes per month) is considered high. Cymphony reserves the right to charge for any usage above this in any 7-day period during the free trial at the Default Charging Rate. |
Termination: | Either party may terminate the trial without notice at any time during the free trial period for any reason. |
End: | At the end of the free trial period the trial will end and the service will either terminate or the client will move to an agreed package of usage and charges. |
Client Cancellation: | In the event of the client wishing not to continue the service beyond the free trial period it is the client’s obligation to remove any call diverts and ensure that activity does not continue through to Cymphony. Otherwise charges will be applied using the Default Charging Rate. |
Default Charging Rate: | The Default Charging Rate is a monthly subscription rate of £150 plus a per minute usage rate of £2.50 for all time spent on the client’s account. |
