Covid-19 Update – your services

Over recent weeks there has been significant coverage in the media about the UK’s increasing Covid 19 infection rates, Track and Trace and the need for self-isolation. With this in mind, we wanted to get in touch to bring you up to speed with our Covid response policy.

When the pandemic first hit, we committed to putting every possible safeguard in place to ensure that the service we provide to our clients would not suffer as a consequence. This is something we’re still committed to and want to assure you that, regardless of increasing infections, your service quality remains our top priority.

With this in mind, we want to assure you that:

  1. Our Head Office remains a Covid Secure location and we have all the necessary controls in place to ensure the likelihood of a spread of infection in our workplace is low.
  2. We continually risk-assess our operations to ensure we are not increasing infection risks and to make sure we are working in line with all Government advice and guidelines.
  3. Should our employees need to self-isolate, we have processes in place to ensure a move from office to home working is streamlined and will not result in any service downtime for our clients.

However, some issues are out of our control and one of the effects of increasing infection rates is unpredictable call volumes. At peak times this may impact our ability to maintain our normal service levels; but rest assured, we're doing everything we can to make sure any disruption is kept to a minimum.

We will continue to monitor this situation and will take action where needed. Throughout this process, we will be led by government advice, professional expertise, our employees, and the views of our clients.

If you have any concerns, questions or comments, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
